In this chapter God Realm Pain who defeat Naruto at the previous chapter start to talk his true desire, he wish to create peace by destroying all and then peace will start to rise. But that will only for a short time period and then the world will destroyed once again to make the peace. That was his reason to create "Akatsuki", is this mean that he was the leader of Akatsuki? Or he was just used by Madara. Meanwhile Inoichi already know where is the true Pain hide. And the survive Konoha Shinobi began to make their move.

At the end of this chapter showed Nagato ,True Pain body in the highest part of Konoha Village with Konan, his condition doesn't look very well, maybe because he controlled six bodies at the same time and used too much chakra to controlling them. Well after hearing all of Pain bodies what will Naruto do at the Naruto Chapter 437? There are some possibilities for this. 1) Naruto Will fight with God Realm Pain and gaining back his Sage Chakra because one of his clone still left at Myobokuzan, 2) Naruto Fight with God Realm Pain, meanwhile Shikamaru, Ikkaku and Inoichi fight with Real Pain and Konan, 3) The conversation still continued and Pain tell Naruto what happen to Yahiko and why Nagato use him as one of Pain Host. Well which one will occur first I cant wait to read Naruto Chapter 437.
